Book online or call us on 01923 964 444 and speak to one of our friendly team members who will be more than happy to help.

When and how do I pay?
All orders are paid for at the time of booking. We accept payment by all major credit cards except American Express. We do not accept cash.

What can I dispose of in a skip bag?

We can dispose of General waste, Office waste, Garden waste, Household waste (furniture etc). Please note that disposal of dense and heavy waste is not available for this service. A more suitable service for this type of waste is skip or grab hire.

What can’t I put in a skip bag?

Hazardous, clinical waste is not permitted. Food waste, plasterboard, asbestos, electricals waste, gas canisters, oils / fuels, liquids, tyres and batteries. If you have any of these items, please call us and we can advise you on the best disposal solution.

Please remember that the medium and large bags aren’t suitable for heavy dense waste such as soil, brick, concrete ect please look at our skip service for this type of waste or contact us for a more suitable option for you.

Where can I place my skip bag?

Your Skip Bag must be placed on private land, within sight of the road and usually within 4 metres distance of said road. There must be reasonable access for a large HGV vehicle at all times as some instances will warrant a crane and hoist, whilst others will warrant a ‘man and van’ service.

Please remember that as we use a mixed fleet of vehicles, we can occasionally work around obstacles but only when it is safe to do so. For this reason, it’s important that we are aware of the contents of each Skip Bag before we arrange for a collection.

How do I book and pay for a skip bag?

You can book and pay online or over the phone. Visit our shop to buy now.

Can I just buy a skip bag on its own?

Yes, just visit our shop where you can purchase our Skip Bags. They come in 3 sizes small, medium or large.

How will my skip bag arrive?

It will arrive flat packed, so that they can be conveniently stored until you plan to use them.

When will I receive my skip bag?

Standard delivery is 3 working days. You don’t need to be present on the day of delivery bags can be posted or left outside your property.

How do I fill a skip bag?

Our small and medium bags are easy to fill, however the large bag may require a bit of organising and building up. Creating a “cuff” by rolling over the edge of the Skip Bag also helps to maintain the structural integrity during filling.

What do I do once my skip bag is full?

Once you’re done filling your Skip Bag you can request a collection online. If you have a prepaid package, just look up your order and request a collection. Alternatively, if you only have a Skip Bag, then you can simply order and pay for a collection instead. We offer named-day collections although the bag must be accessible all day on the day of collection.

How do I notify you / book a collection of a skip bag?

When your Skip Bag is ready for collection you can call or email us to book in your collection slot.

Do I need to be in for collection?

No, You don’t need to be in as long as the Skip Bag is clearly accessible and has been filled correctly. You must however be contactable should we need any help or guidance.

The skip must not be overfilled and there should be no prohibited waste inside the Skip Bag.

Do you collect Hippo Bags?

Yes, we are able to collect third party skip bags but these must be filled in line with the guidance set out above and must be within a distance of 4 meters from the road. If your collection from a third party has previously failed for any reason then please check with us before ordering.

Are there additional costs?

If the skip bag is overfilled then we may charge you to take surplus waste, if not we may ask you to remove any extra waste to make it a safe and level load.

We also may charge extra is the skip bag is filled with heavy dense waste causing the bag to be overweight. Lastly, there may be a charge if the skip bag is greater than 4meters from the roadside.
