How do I order a Man & Van?
Order online or call us on 01923 964444 and speak to one of our friendly team members who will be more than happy to help.

When and how do I pay?
All orders are paid for at the time of booking. We accept payment by all major credit cards except American Express. We do not accept cash.


Do I have to provide an exact amount of waste to be removed?

No, it just has to be an estimate. If you require a quote, send us a picture of the waste you have and we will advise you on what's best.


What is a registered waste carrier?

A waste carrier is an individual or company that transports waste on behalf of customers as part of their business. Waste carriers must be registered with the Environment Agency (EA) by law. You can check whether a waste carrier’s license is valid by checking the Authorised Waste Carriers public register. 

 

Do you provide a Waste Transfer Note on all rubbish clearance?

Yes we will always ensure a Waste Transfer Note is provided.


Can I arrange for a same day rubbish clearance? 

Yes, dependent on our availability, we are able to offer same day / next day clearance. Please contact us to check availability.


Can you dismantle large furniture, sheds, equipment?

Yes,as an extra we can offer a service to help prepare items ready for taking away, saving you the time and hassle of doing this yourself. Please call us for more information on this service, we will often ask for a picture of the product.We must be notified at the time of booking.


Can you help with a complete house clearance?

Yes, we are able to assist in entire office / house / garden clearance jobs. We will supply labour and removal vehicles to clear your space, no matter how much waste there is. Our able teams and large vehicles can manage the entire project leaving you free to spend your time on something much more enjoyable. Please call us for a quote.


Do I need to be at home when my waste is collected? 

No, you don’t need to be at home during your appointment. You can simply leave your waste outside your property and our man and van teams will take care of it. That includes furniture, mattresses, old appliances, DIY waste and anything else you need us to take away. 


What waste can I dispose of?

We can dispose of General waste, Fly-tipped waste, Office waste, Garden waste, Household waste (furniture etc). Please note that disposal of dense and heavy waste is not available for this service. A more suitable service for this type of waste is skip or grab hire.


You also have the option of adding additional chargeable items of waste into your clearance, including:

  • Electrical Waste such as domestic Fridges / Freezers
  • Mattresses
  • Small WEE Items e.g. laptop and tv
  • Electrical items (including TV’s)
  • Household appliances (e.g. domestic fridges)


If you are unsure of a particular product, please call / email us and we will tell you how it is best disposed. We will always have a solution for you!


What space is required for the van?

It is ideal to have parking space nearby, preferably within 25m of the waste being collected. If permits / charges apply for parking the customer is to cover the costs.


What are the weight and time limits? 

When booking is made there are set time limits given for each amount of waste disposed.


Small Load: 100 - 150kg / 1-2 cubic yard, 10 minutes loading time

1/4 Load:      250kg / 3 cubic yards, 20 minutes loading time

1/2 Load:      500kg / 7 cubic yards, 30 minutes loading time

3/4 Load:      750kg / 10 cubic yards, 40 minutes loading time

Full Load:      1000kg / 14 cubic yards, 50 minutes loading time

If extra time is required, this can be added at a charge of £2 per minute thereafter.
