The Customer must ensure sufficient parking is available in relation to the waste that is to be disposed of. The Grab arm can reach a maximum of 6m.

Price includes a maximum 30minute loading time, thereafter will be charged at a rate of £2.00 per minute.

The Customer must ensure the site / property can withstand the weight of the HGV. 

Whilst we will exert all efforts to keep to the specified delivery dates and times, we cannot guarantee and you will be notified immediately if there are any changes to your delivery / collection slot.

The Customer shall be liable to pay Rubbles on demand any and all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Rubbles as a result of the Customer breaching the above Conditions, including the cost of replacement Hired Goods if necessary. In such instances, a wasted journey fee may apply of £75.00 per journey.

The Customer must be present on site when we arrive.

The carrying capacity of a grab lorry is between 15 – 16tonne.

To cancel the Customer must give at least 1 working day notice prior to their expected delivery time.
